Translating NetBSD doc/site into Chinese

I should do this maybe one page per day. It may not take too much time each day. In this rate, lets see, I will translate them all within a year!

Now that I have been approved by Google in its Summer of Code program to add wide character support in NetBSD native curses libraries. The official NetBSD SoC project page is here, and my project page is here.
